If you download any of our LINKWARE images in the non-members area and you are not a subscribing Digital Web Gold member, you are agreeing to abide by our linkware usage policy below.

LINK TO US - GIVING CREDIT : Link to this site using the link button located on the right side of this page. You must state "Graphics provided by" or a similar statement, and display our button with an active hyperlink on every page on your site that uses our images. After you have linked this site, please email us to let us know where we can find you on the web: admin@digitalwebgold.com

Use the HTML code provided to link to our site on each page where our images are shown. A "credits page" listing all credits to original designers is a proper nor significant form of giving credit where credit is due. If you do not link us you are violating our terms of use policy and we will kindly ask you to remove our copyrighted images only once. After which time we will persue appropriate actions needed .

DIRECT LINKING TO IMAGES: Do NOT link directly to our images. Copy them to your hard drive and upload them to your own web server. If you link directly to our images, your web host and ISP will be notified of your bandwidth theft. Many ISPs and web hosting companies will disconnect your service.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH OUR IMAGES: All graphics and resources in the non-members area are provided free to use for your personal or commercial creations.  However, they are NOT to be used in any other collection in any other media form either online or offline which could be directly or indirectly considered a competitive venture against Digital Web Gold this includes but is not limited to using them to produce shareware, linkware, graphics or websets and web site templates.  They are not to be restructured, colored, or altered in anyway for the purpose of resale or redistribution in any manner. They are not to be offered for download from any other website. Creating such items and PSP tubes, PI objects, from them even if you have altered them is considered redistribution and copyright infringement. It is strictly prohibited and violations will be legally pursued.
