CURRENT TERMS OF USE - MEMBERSHIPS, IMAGES & CDs

Your purchase of a membership or any of our images is your automatic acceptance of our policies and international copyright laws.

YOU MAY use our images on your personal or commercial web sites for utilitarian purposes only. You may use them within your clients' web sites as long as they are part of the web sites' navigation or user interface. Theoretically, a "client" is defined as someone who contracts a design project to have you custom design a web site for them. A "client" is not defined as someone who purchases a premade product from you.

YOU MAY NOT redistribute or resell our images in any manner on any type media whether online or offline, such as offering them for download in whole or in part in any type of collection from a web site or CD/DVD. You may NOT use our images to create websets, graphic sets, web templates or other types of digital media. Using our images in this manner would be considered reselling and redistributing copyrighted material. Collections would also include but are not limited to graphic image or clipart collections, linkware, shareware, etc. You may not claim our images as your own work. Copyright ownership remains with Digital Web Gold. Images may not be incorporated into any type of software for mass redistribution without prior written approval. Please contact us on an individual basis regarding inclusion of our images in software.

YOU MAY NOT give your username and password to anyone. Only you are authorized to enter the members area. Design firms or companies employing more than one designer must purchase a membership for each of their designers or for each employee accessing the members area. (Every individual using our images must have individually paid for a membership.) You may not access your account via more than one Internet Service Provider (ISP). You may not download our web site to your computer or upload it to any web site. Suspicious activity which indicates any of these access violations will result in your account being either temporarily or permanently disabled without a refund. Our site is monitored for any abnormal behavior and automatically responds to whatever suspicious actions it may detect. Please do not abuse your right to be there.

REFUNDS: Subscription memberships are much like software. Once you have accessed the service/product, we cannot offer refunds.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION: We reserve the right to cancel any membership without refund if or when we feel the member has abused our policies, threatened us in any manner or their access to our private areas are not in the best interest of our business and/or other members. Account terminations are rare and any unethical behavior is well documented for legal purposes.

COMPANY LOGOS-RESTRICTED IMAGES: Digital Web Gold company logos, thumbnails for viewing purposes, icon elements that simply enhance our site are not to used by members. Such images are considered restricted.

QUESTIONS: If you have any doubts whatsoever that your proposed use of our images may infringe on our copyrights, it is always highly advised that you contact us PRIOR to the use of the images to avoid legal problems.

DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for any damages which may occur to hardware or software due to the use of our image files, CD products, and/or our web site.

Help us fight copyright infringement. Have you discovered someone redistributing our images or violating our terms? Let us know. If the perpetrator is indeed found to be redistributing our copyrighted files illegally or abusing our terms, we will present *YOU* with a Finders Fee (monetary REWARD). We do not take copyright infringement lightly. Cost incurred to pursue copyright infringement against us or the violator's country of origin is not a concern.
