Are all the graphics on your site free?
|

No. We now offer a linkware section and a paid members section.
Some of the linkware graphics were created from original dingbat
fonts or clip art which were considered public domain or which we
purchased. We have been given written permission from the original
artists to use their fonts and clip art to produce web graphics
for resale. YOU MUST comply with our OUR TERMS
prior to download of any graphics. Anyone who violates our copyrights
or abuses our policies WILL BE pursued in a legal fashion to the
fullest. OUR TERMS are reasonable and the
current industry standard for any commercial image collection.

| What happened
to all the images that were in the Non-Members Area? |
| If you have been here before, likely you
have noticed our public access section has greatly reduced in size.
Or you may have found us through an old link from one of the many
search engines that lists our site. All the graphics are still here;
we now require subscription access for most of them. For futher explanation

| How do I copy a graphic
image I like from your site? |

If you hold your mouse pointer over the image you want to copy
and click on your right mouse button, you will see an option that
states something similar to "save image as". Choose that option
and save the image to your hard drive or floppy. We recommend
creating a directory on your computer or floppy diskette just for
Digital Web Gold images. One word of caution about copying images
in this way: Not all images you see on the Internet are free
for the taking. You should read the terms and conditions of
use at all sites before you copy any images. You want to be very
careful you are not infringing on anyone's copyrights.

We try to keep our metallic images as clean from the white pixel
jaggies as possible. However, depending on the original source
and the background color you are using them on, it is not always
possible. Most of the images at Digital Web Gold, however, require
minimal clean up. To clean up images, visit these online easy-to-follow

| What is on The Golden
CD? |
|
The Golden CD consists of over 7,700 buttons, banners, borders,
dividers, backgrounds, splash images, navigational bars and interfaces,
etc. in metallic finishes of gold, silver, copper, bronze, pewter
and other colors. These images are completely different than any
images on this site including the images in the Members subscription
area. More information on the CD.

| What are Metallic
Mini-Packs? |
| Mini-packs are simply a term which we use
to describe a collection of images. These mini-packs are for those
developers who do not wish to subscribe to a full
annual membership but wish to purchase certain images in packets.
Our most popular image requests are offered as packets and are availabe
in our store. If you are already a subscribing
member, however, most all mini-packets are available in the members
section. |
| How many graphics are
on your site? |

That is a good question. We don't know. The last we
counted was in July 2000 and it calculated to approximately 7,000
images. New graphics are added in the linkware and members
section several times per month. However, our CD ... The Golden
CD contains over 7,700 other basic metallic images not shown on
this site.

| How did you come up
with this idea? |
|
Suzanna.Net the administrator of this site, has always had a passion
for metallics and gemstones. Having been a jewelry designer
for well over ten years, it was second nature for her to design
digital jewelry and metallic graphics as soon as she was introduced
to the Internet in 1996.

are the first and largest source of metallic graphics on the Internet? |

We can say it because it is true. As far as we know, we are.
We keep abreast on the current information available, and to date
have not seen or been told any different. If you disagree,
please let us know; we would be interested in partnering with sites
of the same theme.

way to navigate your site? |
|
1) Site Map: Lost? Don't
worry Digital Web Gold has an easy accessible site map which will
show you where you are in the site's layout and give you an overall
view of the entire site's layout at a glance.
2) Using the navigational bar on the left side of every page will
help you browse through this site. Each page also contains a Page
Title graphic in the upper right section of the page.

CDs in the future? |

At this time we are contemplating more CDs, but final plans have
not been made. Sign up for our mailing
list to be kept up to date on the latest announcement, graphic
additions, and features added here. Or check our store for our metallic
mini packs.

your graphics? |
|
Absolutely not! We do not grant you permission to resell or redistribute
any of our graphics located online nor on any on our CD collections
or mini-packs for ANY reason. May we suggest you consult the laws
of copyright found at www.whatiscopyright.org to further educate
and protect yourself from copyright infringement. Anyone found to
abuse our policies will be held legally accountable to the maximum.
We are ethical business people and we expect those who use our graphics
to have the same level of integrity.

CDs cause any problems with my computer? |

No. Our CDs are 100% virus free and compatible with Windows operating
systems only. We cannot be held responsible for any damage
claims to your hardware or software.

custom work or sell graphics for exclusive, royalty-free rights? |
|
Yes. Our commercial web development site is Suzanna.Net.
This site is for small businesses and corporations to purchase licenses
of our stocked, predesigned web site templates or custom graphic
designs. We also provide quality web site design, web site hosting
services, graphic design and other Internet related services at
reasonable rates.
